Hospitalist Management Resources, LLC was established in April 1999. This organization was initially founded by Martin Buser and Roger Heroux in response to the growing needs of hospitals and medical groups to form their own Hospitalist practices without the intrusion of outside organizations. In addition, HMR provides consulting assistance to Hospitals and Medical Staffing to develop ED Call Panel solutions. Mr. Buser and Dr. Heroux each bring over twenty-five years of healthcare experience and have worked in the development of Hospitalist programs and ED Call Panel solutions. They have extensive experience working with clients throughout the US including hospitals, health systems, health plans, medical groups and IPAs. Hospitalist Management Resources, LLC provides consulting as well as management services for Hospitalist programs and ED Call Panel Solutions.
