The philosophy and mission of Hospitalist Management Resources is to:

Legal Review:

Before adopting any change in ED call reimbursement, we recommend that the client consult their Legal Counsel to assure compliance with anti-kickback, self-referral prohibitions (Stark I and II), fair market value analysis, and other statutes affecting a non-profit district hospital system
