Our consultants work with the Hospital’s Administrative Leadership to evaluate the current Hospitalist and/or Intensivist Programs and coordinate the entire process of the Request for Proposal. We design of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and objectives for the new Program, develop the Selection Committee guidelines, circulate the RFP to interested parties, provide clarification to any interested candidate, provide management of the Selection Committee and the selection, award and negotiation process of the final Hospitalist and/or Intensivist Group in order to finalize a Professional Services Agreement. The same approach applies to Laborists, Orthopedic Traumatologists, Acute Surgicalists and Neurology Hospitalists.
